This page provides a procedural intake path for law enforcement, government agencies, and authorized legal process.
1. Intake Guidance
Official requests should include the requesting agency or authority, the requester's name, title, and contact information, the legal basis for the request, sufficient detail to identify the account, user, or content at issue, any relevant deadlines, and any preservation request if applicable.

Until Stacks adopts a dedicated legal-process channel, official requests should be routed through support@mystacksapp.com for review and routing.
3. Important Notes
Emergency disclosure issues should be handled carefully and in accordance with applicable law. This page does not promise disclosure beyond what applicable law requires or allows.
