All policies

1. Purpose

This policy explains who is eligible to use Stacks from an age perspective, how Stacks may respond to underage users or accounts created in violation of age rules, and how child-safety concerns may be escalated.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Stacks is not intended for children under 13, and users must also meet any higher minimum age required by the laws of their jurisdiction. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and app-store age disclosures should match this standard.

3. Underage Accounts

If Stacks learns that an account does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement, Stacks may suspend or disable the account, remove or restrict related content, request additional age-related verification where legally appropriate, and delete associated personal information where required by law and operationally appropriate.

4. No Implied Parental Consent Flow

Stacks does not currently describe a parental-consent flow. Unless such a process is intentionally implemented later, underage use should not be treated as cured merely by parental awareness.

5. Child Safety And Sensitive Reports

Reports involving suspected underage users, child exploitation concerns, sexual content involving minors, and other urgent child-safety issues should be escalated through support@mystacksapp.com unless Stacks later publishes a more specific path.
