Preorder, not donation

Supporter packs are purchases of physical Stacks NFC tags. They are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.

No investment rights

Buying a pack does not provide equity, profit sharing, governance rights, or any ownership interest in Stacks.

Shipping and delays

Stacks should state a realistic ship window before launch. If fulfillment is delayed, customers should receive a clear option to wait or cancel for a refund before shipment by emailing support@mystacksapp.com.

U.S. fulfillment

This launch page accepts U.S. shipping addresses only. International shipping, duties, and taxes are not part of this first batch.

Refunds and replacements

Orders can be canceled for a refund before shipment by emailing support@mystacksapp.com. Defective or incorrectly fulfilled tags should be handled through support after delivery.
